About Me
Born in Ohio. Raised in Illinois. My first debut in theatre was in 4th Grade when I auditioned for Smee the Pirate in Peter Pan and to be my horror was cast as John instead. Not letting this tragedy upset me, I auditioned for the Mad Hatter in the next year's musical and was cast as the King of Hearts and was doubly hurt. And yet I never stopped trying to be in theater. Unbeknownst to me, my grandfather and great aunt had studied theater in college and to my parents delight, Idecided of my own free will to go out and audition for these productions. They never said a word till I had already made theater my whole life and I couldn't back out at that point... but I'm not complaining.
As an actor I've trained at the University of Illinois Urbana- Champiagn and begun my professional career this past summer. My professional acting credits stem from Theater at Monmouth in Monmouth, Maine. There I was Claudio in Much Ado About Nothing, and my favorite character I got to play from A Tuna Christmas was Inita Goodwin. My favorite roles so far have been Inita Goodwin, Benjamin Coffin III, D Vicious, and Mischa Bachinski. If I'm not acting I'm reading, with my family or seeing a movie. It is my goal to work not only as an actor but as a director, author, combat specialist and intimacy coordinator.
I believe in making art that is accessible, honest and inclusive. So do you? I'd love to collaborate. Let's make something awesome!
